Is the battery warranty still running on my high-mileage Tesla?
Tesla's battery and drive unit warranty runs for eight years with a mileage limit that depends on the model. Tell us the first registration date and mileage and we will take any remaining cover into account.
My Model S has had a drive unit replaced. Should I mention it?
Yes. Major work like a drive unit or battery replacement is part of the history and can help the value. Include any paperwork.
How do I show you the battery health?
Charge to 100 per cent and photograph the estimated range, or send a screenshot from the app. Some owners also have a battery health report from a service visit.
